During the 2008/2009 season, all documents submitted to the Treasurer will require a cover sheet.

It is an important part of improving our Accounting and Budgeting systems and will help reduce the instances of invoices not being paid on time and reduce the amount of time spent by the Treasurer understaning what has been spend, by whom or for what before making the payment.

If you have ANY problems with this, please talk to the Treasurer (contact details on bottom of the cover sheet).

If you have any suggestions for improvements, please also let the Treasurer know. Thank you.
