Have you ever thought it would be fun to be more closely involved with productions but don’t want to tread the boards yourself? 

Well what about becoming a prompt?  As prompt you are very much part of the team, and the actors rely on you and really appreciate seeing you arrive for a performance as it gives them confidence to know there is someone to help them out of an awkward spot!! 

We are always short of prompts, and in order to improve the situation we are holding two PROMPT SCHOOLS – Tuesday 15 July at 7.30 pm and Sunday 3 August at 10.30 am.  Anyone can come, and you can attend one or both the above.  If these dates don’t suit you let us know and we may offer another occasion later on.   After the school you may be asked to put your new found expertise into action on one of next season’s productions, but you will be coached by an experienced member of the team who will be your prompting partner.  Come on, have a go – you’ll find it rewarding.
